SITUATION Weymouth Park Road is a favoured cul-de-sac of similarly-styled properties built in the late 1960s. From its elevated position above the village, fine Southerly views are enjoyed whilst a footpath just a hundred or so from the property provides easy access to the cliff top and village centre. Hope Cove is a quintessential Devon fishing village, with pretty thatched cottages, direct access to beautiful sandy beaches, and stunning scenery accessed by the Devon Coastal Path. It also has a thriving local community, with a shop, post office, pub and several good hotels nearby. It is located within easy reach of the sailing Mecca of Salcombe, and Thurlestone, with its superb golf course is only a short drive. Kingsbridge, the capital of the South Hams, with its excellent shopping and leisure facilities, is only 6 miles away.
