"Seaquest is a beautifully presented three bedroom cottage with open plan living areas. The current owners have created a modern open plan kitchen dining room with glazed timber doors opening into the sitting room. There is contemporary grey wood effect laminate flooring throughout. New kitchen and bathrooms have been fitted and the heating and boiler systems have also been upgraded. Recent external insulation around the property in 2022 has included crisp white silicone render and light grey cladding to one side to give warmth and style to this beautiful property. Seaquest has been used as a holiday let with excellent rental history producing significant income. The cottage would equally make a wonderful permanent residence.

The accommodation comprises a spacious kitchen dining room with fitted units, AEG integrated appliances, freestanding fridge freezer, a utility cupboard with plumbing for a washing machine, breakfast bar and a dining area. There is a sitting room with a wood burning stove and sliding double glazed doors that open onto a decking and the private, secure rear garden. Seaquest is located in an enviable position within striking distance of the beaches and the village hub

Seaquest is located in the pretty fishing village of Hope Cove, just a short walk from two sandy beaches, shops and popular restaurants and cafes. Hope Cove is an ideal family resort, ideal for watersports and coastal walks.

Kingsbridge, approximately 5 miles away, is an historic estuary town with a wide range of excellent everyday facilities, including supermarkets, banks, Post Office, shops, restaurants, garages and inns.

Salcombe 4 miles away is one of the most prestigious coastal resorts and is well known as a yachting centre, popular with both national and international sailors. The town has a good yacht club, some excellent quays and slipways with a number of sandy bays, and is well placed as a centre from which to sail to other coastal resorts, including Dartmouth, Plymouth, Fowey and Falmouth. The resort offers a wide range of everyday amenities including a number of unique and upmarket shops, superb restaurants, atmospheric pubs with great food and a wonderful safe family feeling.

The South West Coastal footpath runs along the
entire coastline and some of the most attractive
beaches are Torcross and Blackpool Sands, within a few miles from the property. Bantham Beach is only 8 miles away, and the beach at Bigbury has a sea tractor which runs to Burgh Island and the eccentric art deco hotel made famous as the setting for Agatha Christie s Evil Under The Sun , a Hercule Poirot story.

The A38 Devon Expressway provides links to the south to Plymouth and Exeter to the north. Exeter provides links to the M5 motorway and London and Bristol. There are regular rail services to London Paddington from Plymouth. Exeter International Airport provides an ever increasing number of domestic and international flights including two flights a day to London City Airport.
