HOW TO GET THERE From Kingsbridge take the A379 Plymouth Road and continue for about one and a half miles and at the first roundabout bear left and follow the road into Churchstow. Bear left just after the Church House Inn and proceed along this quiet village road taking the second turning to the left into Glebeland. Drive down the road for about 100 metres and number 12 will be seen on the left hand side at the lower end of the cul-de sac with pedestrian access only. DESCRIPTION 12 Glebeland is a semi detached modern house with reverse level accommodation in a quiet cul-de sac location with outstanding views over the village to the countryside and beyond. The accommodation which is reverse level with the living accommodation at entrance level and the bedrooms at lower ground level is externally rendered with part stone faced elevations under a pitched concrete tiled roof. Windows are uPVC framed double glazed units. SITUATION Glebeland is a cul-de sac of similar modern houses and bungalows and is situated in the popular village of Churchstow, which has the benefit of a shop, post office, a church and the popular Church House Inn. The town of Kingsbridge is only 2 miles away with a range of facilities including shops, hospital, doctor's surgery, churches, educational facilities including Kingsbridge Community College and the sports centre on the quay with indoor swimming and bowls arena. The A38 dual carriage way at Wrangaton is about 10 miles to the North leading to Exeter. The city of Plymouth is about 17 miles to the west with access along the A379 with mainline railway station, airport and continental Brittany Ferries to France and Spain.
The South Hams Coastline is renowned for its beaches and spectacular scenery stretching from Dartmouth in the East to Plymouth in the West. There is sailing and water sports available nearby at the sandy beaches of Bantham, Bigbury, Dartmouth, Blackpool Sands and Salcombe. BEDROOM 1 Double radiator, views to the countryside, recessed cupboard with hanging and shelf space. BEDROOM 2 Double radiator, glazed door to: SUN ROOM Views to countryside, door to outside. OUTSIDE To the front of the property steps lead down to the outer porch. The front garden contains mature shrubs and steps lead down to the side of the property to the rear garden with patio enjoying a south facing private aspect with lovely views to the surrounding countryside and steps lead down to a further established and mature gardens.
