DESCRIPTION
When entering the property from the front, one is greeted by a superb porch addition offering an excellent space for the storage of coats and shoes. A door leads from the porch into the hallway, with stairs rising to the first floor and off of which the ground floor accommodation can be found. Firstly there is a nicely sized fitted kitchen, with space for a small table and chairs the kitchen also benefits from an integrated oven, gas hob and cooker hood, as well as housing the gas boiler.
