SITUATION AND DESCRIPTION The property is situated between California Cross, a small hamlet astride the B3196 with a petrol filling station/convenience store and award winning popular former coaching inn and Modbury, a picturesque Georgian town which has an excellent range of local shops including a butcher, baker, grocers, hardware store, chemist, delicatessen and a number of gift shops and art galleries.
