"15 Victoria Road is a well presented terraced family home situated in a central and convenient location close to the high street and amenities in a cul de sac location. The property is ready for immediate occupation and considered ideal as a permanent home or as a buy to let investment.

There is gas central heating and uPVC double glazing and uPVC fascia s, gutters and downpipes for ease of maintenance. There is unrestricted parking available in the road.

An entrance lobby opens in to the entrance hall which has the stairs to the first floor and doors to the lounge, kitchen and dining room. Th lounge is a cosy room with ample space for sizeable furniture. The dining room is another good size reception room, that also be used as a further sitting area or office. From the dining room, there is access that leads out to an enclosed patio, which is a low maintenance area with ample space for pots and plants. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a range of base and eye level units with matching drawers, space and plumbing for a washing machine and tumble dryer, integrated gas cooker and sink unit. The shower room is located at the rear of the property.
