SITUATION Kendra is situated on Hagginton Hill, just outside Berrynarbor, a picturesque village in an area of outstanding natural beauty between Combe Martin and Ilfracombe, on the North Devon Coast, a frequent 'Best Kept Village' and 'Britain in Bloom' winner. The village has a community post office/general store, church, 13th century village inn and a well respected primary school.
 
Coastal and country walks can be enjoyed nearby. The popular North Devon coastal village of Combe Martin is about 2 miles away and set at the bottom of the hilly coastline, with a sheltered beach and a variety of shops. Ilfracombe is about 4 miles away and offers a supermarket, schools, leisure centre, theatre with Damien Hirst's Verity standing proud at the entrance to the quaint harbour. DESCRIPTION Kendra occupies a wonderful position, with views over farm land towards the Bristol Channel. The bungalow was constructed in 1964, subject to an agricultural occupancy condition (AOC) and has four bedrooms over two floors with uPVC double glazing throughout and planning consent in place to extend the accommodation further.
 
The ground floor comprises a spacious kitchen / breakfast room with a south-facing aspect, a modern kitchen with an electric Rangemaster with stainless steel hood over. The sitting room has fantastic views towards the sea, a feature fireplace and patio doors to outside. In addition there is a central hall, off which are two double bedrooms and the utility room with airing cupboard and shower room complete the ground floor.
 
Solid wood stairs lead up to the first floor, which was converted in 2005, and includes two bedrooms and a study area on the landing. OUTSIDE To the front of Kendra is a parking and turning area with lawn gardens extending around the property and a terrace area to take advantage of the stunning sea views. To the north-west is a grass paddock, with its own access on to the adjoining road.
