The current vendors have owned this property for about 10 years. They have enhanced the flat beautifully and have made a home which is both stylish and very comfortable. It is presented to an exemplary standard and also has a lovely feeling of warmth and charm. The lounge is spacious and bay fronted with an outlook to the front aspect. The kitchen/breakfast room is an excellent size too and offers another living space with ample room for an occasional chair as well as a dining table and chairs. It is finished with oak style flooring and includes an excellent range of storage cupboards and some integrated appliances. The utility is a useful additional space and allows room for some cloak hanging space. The bath/shower room is reminiscent of a country cottage with its tongue and groove panelling with a free standing bath having a rain head shower over. The main bedroom has superb floor to ceiling wardrobes with 3 mirrored sliding doors concealing hanging space and shelved storage. The single bedroom also has a wardrobe and high level cupboards. 'I love the quiet and peace of Lawn Road and yet we are within a short distance of the town centre. There is a lovely community here with most of the residents having lived in the road for a very long time. We have made the flat itself very comfortable and my favourite room is the kitchen/breakfast room where we tend to spend the most time. It's great for entertaining as you can sit and chat whilst preparing food.'
