Twin double glazed doors on the side of the property lead into a small porch and then into the hallway which has doors to all rooms as well as the loft hatch. The loft has a pull down ladder, has been fully boarded out and has 2 Velux windows and could be used as an occasional craft room.

The main bedroom is to the front of the property with side and front facing double glazed windows, panel radiator and a bank of built in wardrobes with sliding doors. Bedroom 2 is also to the front of the property with a double glazed window, panel radiator and both are good size doubles.

The lounge diner has a side facing window and large sliding patio door leading down into the conservatory and on outward to the garden via another sliding door. The conservatory has windows to two sides and has uPVC panes to one along with a uPVC roof. There are power sockets and a panel radiator in the conservatory too.

The kitchen enjoys a view over the rear garden via a double glazed window, with another to the side and a door out to the side of the property. There is a good range of base and wall mounted units with cupboards and drawers, inset sink with drainer, inset gas hob with extractor over, boiler to one corner, eye level built in double oven, space for under counter fridge & washing machine, storage cupboard to one corner and a recess to fit a fridge freezer in.
