From Topsham proceed towards the Clyst St George roundabout and take the second exit signposted for Exmouth (A376). Continue on this road passing the Welcome to Exmouth sign. Approximately 200yds past here turn left onto Featherbed Lane and then right onto Hulham Road. Turn immediately left onto Pound Lane and continue down the hill taking the last turning into Forton Road. Cheriswood Avenue is the second turning on the right and number 23 will be found in the top left hand corner on the right hand side.

Ideally situated at the mouth of the River Exe, Exmouth is surrounded by the beautiful Devon Countryside, yet is only twelve miles by road or rail from the Cathedral City of Exeter with its intercity railway station, airport connection to the M5 motorway and all major shops and facilities.
