From Topsham proceed towards the Clyst St George roundabout and take the second exit signposted for Exmouth (A376). Continue through Ebford towards Exton. Continue along this road passing Jet garage on your right hand side take the next right hand turning into Exton Lane. Down to the T junction turn right on to Green Lane and after a short distance turn left into a private drive signposted to Byways House


Description
Byways House was created by its current owners in 2000 on the site of a small house. The property is an impressive brick built detached house arranged over three floors all facing in a southerly direction with superb views over its garden, Exe Estuary and hills beyond.
