" Rectory Close is a mature and desirable residential area conveniently situated close to the heart of this thriving East Devon village with excellent local amenities including Convenience Store, Post Office and Railway Station connecting Exeter and London Waterloo. There is also a highly regarded Primary School and the nearby countryside offers excellent walking/riding facilities. The Cathedral City of Exeter, the M5 and the coast are all within a 15/20 minute drive.
