Union Road is conveniently located close to the University and within half a mile of the city centre. Local convenience shops are also within easy reach.

Dating from about 1929, this is a traditiionally constructed semi detached house with brick faced cavity elevations under a slated roof. Improvements over the years have included the installation of aluminium framed double glazing and gas fired central heating and there is cavity wall insulation and full specifiaction loft insulation.
