* ENTRANCE LOBBY * SITTING ROOM/DINER * FITTED KITCHEN * BATHROOM * 2 BEDROOMS * HALL * FRONT GARDEN * REAR COURTYARD AREA

SITUATION

The village enjoys an excellent range of local facilities and amenities including an excellent general store with integrated butcher and deli area, there is a post office and in addition there are churches of varying denominations together with a very well regarded primary school. There is a modern village hall and a very good health centre and three public houses. There are country walks close by all around the village and the nearby National Trust house at Killerton with its wonderful gardens, grounds and woodlands is only about 2 miles or so away.
