" Redferns are delighted to offer this three bedroom period terraced house located on the popular Rosebery Road which offers fantastic access to Exeter City Centre being in easy walking distance. The property is spacious and has a light and airy feel to it benefiting from high ceilings and would make a fantastic first home or investment opportunity. As you enter the house through the front door there is an entrance porch area and then a second door which opens onto a good sized hallway with doors leading to the sitting room, dining room and the stairs to the first floor.

The sitting room is the first room off the hallway and is a lovely size room which has been tastefully decorated with the high ceiling and bay window creating a feeling of space and light. The dining room is another spacious room which can easily accommodate a large dining table as well as other items of furniture. This room has again been tastefully decorated and is a really great space offering connectivity to both the kitchen as well as the sun room via French doors. There is also a door to a good size under stairs cupboard providing plenty of storage space.

The kitchen flows off of the dining room with open access between the two spaces. It is a nicely proportioned room and provides a good amount of worktop space for food preparation as well as a breakfast bar area with space for two stools. This is another light room with a large window in front of the sink and also a glazed door providing access to the sun room. The sun room itself is a pleasant space offering the ability to enjoy al fresco dining/drinking all year round. Access to the courtyard garden is off of this room.

As you go upstairs to the first floor you are greeted with a split level generous landing. Immediately in front on the lower level is access to the third bedroom and bathroom and on the higher level are a good sized double bedroom and the master bedroom. The master bedroom is a really fantastic room benefiting from a bay window and has been decorated in a contemporary colour scheme and offers a large amount of space for both a large bed and numerous pieces of furniture. Bedroom 2 is another generous double bedroom which also benefits from built in storage space and is again tastefully decorated. Heading back down the landing is bedroom 3 which is a single bedroom with space for a single bed as well as a small wardrobe and bedside unit. The family bathroom is a good size and benefits from a bath with electric shower over it and is again a light room with a large window.
