Very well presented 3 bedroom unfurnished terraced house with south facing patio garden in Mount Pleasant, with good road links and nearby train station. A pathway leads to the front door and porch with original tiled floor. This is a good sized room and would lend itself to a dining room/study or playroom, being a light space with an ornamental fireplace. A step leads down to the kitchen/breakfast room with electric double oven, 5 ring gas hob and extractor over, white gloss units and wooden worktops and built-in dresser. The kitchen area opens to a breakfast/dining area with ample space for table and chairs and has double doors out onto the south facing patio. There is a door to the utility room which is flooded with light and has plumbing and space for a washing machine, ladder-style towel radiator and stainless steel sink. Modern WC with tiled floor and gas fired boiler. On the first floor are three double bedrooms, the master being a large room with a bay window to the front aspect and ample room for wardrobes, the second with a built-in wardrobe and the third with a built-in wardrobe and desk. The modern shower room has a double shower tray with ceiling rose and glass screen, tiled walls and floor, low level WC, pedestal wash basin with wall mirror over and ladder-style towel radiator. Outside is a south facing low maintenance paved patio with shrub beds and trellis plus a good sized shed and a gate to rear access lane. There is on road unrestricted parking."
