"This two bedroom Victorian terrace property is located in the highly sought-after parish of St Leonard's. The property is within close proximity of the local Magdalen Road shops as well as doctors' surgery and a variety of schools. St Leonard's is also perfectly located for access to Exeter's city centre with its shops and restaurants, the delightful Exeter Quay and the RD&E hospital.
