SITUATION AND DESCRIPTION

This delightful period cottage is located on the Strand, in the estuary side village of Starcross. The cottage occupies a prominent position close to Brunel's 'atmospheric' railway pumping station (now the Starcross fishing and cruising club) and is within easy walking distance of the village chemist, doctors' surgery, pubs and convenience store, and enjoys superb views over the estuary and the countryside on the Exmouth side.

Ideally located for the nearby Starcross train station, Exeter city centre is a short train journey away, as are the nearby beaches of Dawlish and other amenities are close to hand. Easy road access to Exeter and the motorway system is also available.
