From Exeter City Centre proceed out East towards Pinhoe proceeding onto the main Pinhoe road. At the main roundabout in Pinhoe go straight across and continue. Within reaching West Clyst number 31 Is past the speed camera

West Clyst which is located on the outskirts of the popular village of Pinhoe. Pinhoe benefits from a range of shops, schools and amenities and also benefits from good access to the M5 motorway, the Met Office and Exeter City Centre.
