From our offices in Longbrook Street continue up the road and at the traffic lights turn right in to New North Road Road. Follow the road around to the left at the mini roundabout and at the Clock Tower roundabout take the thirs exit, continuing on New North Road. At the traffic lights turn left into Hele Road and then, at the mini roundabout, take the second exit right into St Davids Hill. At the next mini roundabout follow the road around to your left into Bonhay Road passing Exeter St Davids railway station on your right. Continue on this road to the Exe Bridges roundabout over the river and take the 4thexit into Alphington Road. Continue on this road passing the turn off to Marsh Barton and Sainsburys Superstore on your left. Take the next exit left into Church Road and then the second left into Blenheim Road. Follow the road around to the left and you will find the property in the bottom right hand corner of the cul-de-sac.
