"A good size 4 bed family house set in mature gardens in a popular residential area of Exeter. The property has off road parking and a double length garage.

The house is well laid out and comprises; a good size hallway, three large reception rooms, kitchen, utility room. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are good size doubles. There are also two separate bathrooms.

The gardens surround the house and are mainly laid to lawn with a raised seating area in one corner and to the side of the house is a range of vegetable beds and greenhouse.

The property is situated at the top of Birchy Barton Hill, a quiet residential street with superb views over the city, and with easy access to the city centre and M5/A38.

Utilities and Services: Mains Electric, Mains Gas, Water Charges, Telecoms Services and TV Licence are not included in the rent.

Council Tax: (East Devon District Council - Band E) is not included in the rent.
