Located in Bartholomew Street West, very near to the Exeter Picture House cinema, this well maintained spacious one bed flat is within a few minutes walk of Exeter High Street, and a couple of minutes to the riverside. Exeter University and both train stations are within 15 minutes walk. A 7 to 11  supermarket is one minute away. The flat is secure with a double entry system, and double glazing. There is a hallway with a large storage cupboard / cloakroom, off which opens a good sized bedroom, a bathroom with steel bath, fitted cupboards and electric shower, and a large living and dining room. The living room opens into the well equipped kitchen with lots of drawers and cupboards, gas hob, electric oven, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, and boiler/airing cupboard. Off the living room is another spacious storage cupboard with access to a loft.

There are lovely views towards the Haldon Hills from both the living room and bedroom. In the living room are phone and TV connection points, and plentiful electric sockets throughout the property. The fully fitted carpets are in good condition and the decor is light and neutral. With roof insulation, double glazing and an energy efficient gas Combi boiler, the heating costs are very low indeed, as are water costs with a meter. Council Tax is Band A, the lowest band. With no flat above, this minimises any noise disturbance from neighbours.

The off road parking is allocated to one vehicle with a number plate pass issued by Exeter City Council who maintain the car park for residents.

The flat is not really suitable for children or pets, and it is also a strictly non smoking property. Previous tenants have been professional working singles/couples, academics, post graduates, teaching staff associated with Exeter University etc and the landlord would be seeking applicants of a similar status.
