"A substantial detached bungalow situated on the outskirts of Kingswear, within a short drive of both the popular fishing port of Brixham and riverside town of Dartmouth

This lovely home has been a successful holiday let over the past few years, and offers spacious light filled accommodation, with gorgeous views across Brixham, Tor Bay and the surrounding countryside.

Beautifully presented and well maintained throughout this wonderful home sits in a nice plot with a large driveway leading down the side of the property which provides ample parking, together with a single garage. The accommodation on one floor comprises of an entrance hall with large cloaks cupboard, a dining room with glazed patio doors to the front, a well fitted and equipped kitchen with a good range of wall and base units with granite worktops over, bedroom 4 further reception room. The main sitting room is a fabulous space, with a sliding patio door to the rear garden and a secluded paved dining terrace and large window and doors to the front enjoying the lovely views. There are three double bedrooms. The main bedroom has an en suite bathroom and a walk in dressing room, and there is a further separate shower and family bathroom and separate w.c.

Outside the gardens are a wonderful addition to this home. To the front is the gravelled driveway together with small lawned areas and mature planting providing some privacy screening. The rear garden is mainly laid to lawn with plenty of mature shrubs and trees including a large beech tree and lovely seating areas. The paved dining terrace accessed from the sitting room is a really lovely space to enjoy al fresco dining in the sunshine.
