A charming town centre cottage, offering generous accommodation with a particularly light kitchen and bathroom. A short walk from Tesco and the local shops and with quick access to the motorway and bus services, ideal for commuting to Exeter.



This charming cottage was fully refurbished about five years ago and has been extended to provide an attractive kitchen with a skylight, providing a bright atmosphere. The kitchen is fitted in a light, shaker style, with an integral oven and hob.

The living room and dining room were also opened up into one to provide a versatile and spacious living area and there is a modern, downstairs bathroom with a white suite with a shower over the bath. Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms, one larger than the other.

To the rear of the cottage, there is a small, enclosed garden that has been decked for ease of maintenance. The garden has a westerly aspect with sunshine for the afternoon and evening, so perfect for a barbecue and relaxing after work.

Informal, on street parking is available near the cottage on a first come, first served basis and the town car park is a short step away, off Forge Way, for which a 24 hour permit may be purchased.
