SITUATION Treetops is situated towards the outskirts of the popular Mid Devon market town of Crediton. The town has a wide range of amenities including places of worship, library, health centre, hospital, post office, banks, supermarkets, pubs and restaurants, garages and sports facilities including a modern leisure centre plus schooling including a well regarded secondary school.
  The cathedral and university city of Exeter lies about seven miles to the east and provides a comprehensive range of cultural, educational, recreational and shopping facilities.
  Crediton has a railway station on the Exeter to Barnstaple Tarka Lane whilst Exeter has mainline railway stations to London Paddington and Waterloo.
  Exeter International Airport lies about four miles to the east of the city. The M5 motorway is accessed at Exeter and beyond Tiverton. The A30 (about 6.5 miles to the south) links with the M5 and the A303 to the east and Cornwall to the west. DESCRIPTION Treetops is a detached family home dating from 1960. Of brick elevations beneath a tiled roof, the current owners have recently completed an extension, and the spacious and adaptable accommodation is well presented. Other modern benefits include double glazing and gas-fired central heating.
  From the reception hallway doors lead to the principal living rooms. The sitting room is dual aspect and has an inset woodburner. The kitchen has a range of fitted units as well as ample space for table and chairs. Treetops enjoys a formal dining room and second sitting room/office. DIRECTIONAL NOTE From Exeter proceed on the A377 to Crediton. Once in the town turn right signposted A3072 to Tiverton. Having passed Morrisons on the left take the next left up the hill.
