"Set in an idyllic location with its garden extending into the fields behind, a well presented two bedroom DETACHED BUNGALOW.  The rear garden is an absolute delight, is slightly larger than many of its neighbours, with a backdrop of the fields and countryside behind.  The bungalow itself has a good size living room, two double bedrooms, cloakroom and shower room.  The kitchen however would benefit from some up-dating.  Below the bungalow is a larger than average garage and a handy utility room.  There is gas fired central heating and double glazing.  The coastal path at Sharkham point is close at hand.  St Mary's Park is only a short distance away giving easy access to the shops and St Mary's Square.  A local bus service runs close by and the town centre is about one mile away.
