SITUATION The property is located off a quiet country lane approximately 1 mile from the village of Highampton and approximately 10 miles from the centre of the market town of Holsworthy. Holsworthy provides a comprehensive range of domestic, commercial and leisure facilities including 18 hole golf course, medical centre, swimming pool and a wide variety of independent retailers and businesses surrounding the town's square where a weekly market is still held every Wednesday.
