SITUATION AND AMENITIES Wrey Avenue is situated in a highly convenient location within easy access of a good selection of community facilities at Sticklepath including primary schooling and Petroc (North Devon College), shops, Post Office, popular pubs, schools, local takeaways and a very regular bus service with Barnstaple town centre being approximately one mile.
