SITUATION Camden is pleasantly situated in a semi rural East Devon location close to the borders of Somerset and Dorset and approximately midway between the towns of Axminster and Chard. The property is just over a mile from the pretty village of Chardstock, which has a popular primary school, shop and public house and within a few hundred yards is the Tytherleigh Arms, a highly recommended dining pub.
 
Axminster can provide for most day to day needs, with schools, shops, sports and recreational facilities and a station on the London to Waterloo line. The A303 is within about 10 miles and Taunton, the county town of Somerset is, a short car journey and has access onto the M5 and a rail station to London to Paddington.
 
 
  DESCRIPTION Camden is a detached south west facing bungalow set in a level 0.33 acre delightful garden. The bungalow has been extended in the past and now offers comfortable, spacious accommodation enhanced by the ancillary guest suite which adjoins the detached double garage and is linked to the bungalow via a short covered passageway.
 
The bungalow layout is clearly illustrated by the attached floor plan and the principal rooms are accessed from the carpeted entrance hall and include a light and airy double aspect sitting room with French doors to the front patio, attractive fireplace surround and door to the conservatory which is a timber construction on low block walls. The two bedrooms are at the east end of the bungalow with the main bedroom being double aspect and particularly spacious, (having previously been two bedrooms), with built in wardrobes and basin inset into a vanity unit. The family bathroom is fitted with a corner spa bath.
 
The guest suite comprises a large bed/sitting room with recently fitted shower room. Attached is the double garage which has a large window to rear garden, double timber doors, power and light.
