Your Move are delighted to bring to the market this four bedroom detached house with double garage situated on Derby Road in Swadlincote. The property briefly comprises entrance hallway, cloakroom/wc, dining room, lounge and breakfast kitchen. To the first floor the galleried landing gives access to four bedrooms and a family bathroom. This property is situated within walking distance of the town centre. The town centre boasts of a variety of shops and supermarkets, local eateries and now has a local cinema. The entrance hallway leads through to the dining room, which has a double glazed window to the rear aspect and a radiator. The dining room leads through to the lounge, which has a feature gas fire, two wall mounted radiators, double glazed window to the front aspect and double glazed patio doors leading out to the rear garden. The dining room leads through to the kitchen, which is comprehensively fitted with a modern range of wall and base units with complementary worksurfaces. There are integrated appliances including gas hob, electric oven with canopy style extractor fan and a refrigerator. There is a wall mounted gas central heating boiler and plumbing for an automatic washing machine. There are double glazed windows to the front and rear and a double glazed door leads out to the side elevation.
Stairs from the entrance hallway lead to the first floor galleried landing, from which the four bedrooms and family bathroom are accessed, together with the airing cupboard and access to the loft. Bedroom one is fitted with wardrobes and overbed storage, has a radiator and double glazed window to the front. The remaining bedrooms all have radiators and double glazed widows. The family bathroom has a four piece suite comprising panelled bath and separate shower cubicle with mains fed shower, pedestal sink and low flush wc, radiator, with ceiling spotlights and double glazed window to the rear.
Outside to the front of the property there is a gravelled driveway which provides ample parking and leads to a detached double garage with up and over doors and courtesy door leading out to the side garden. The garage has lights, power and eaves storage. There is gated access leading to the side garden, where there is a lean to greenhouse.
