Upon entering this property via double glazed door we enter into a lobby area with cloaks storage. Through then into the lounge, the lounge is modern and feature wood style flooring with double glazed window to the front aspect, wall mounted radiator and stairs off to the first floor. Through into the kitchen. The kitchen has an integrated electric hob and electric oven with chimney style extractor fan, a range of wall and base units and complimentary work surfaces, there is a stainless steel sink and draining board, tiled splash backs and vinyl floor covering, there is plumbing for washing machine and features doors leading out to the rear patio. On the first floor the landing has loft access and two bedrooms of adequate size to accommodate double bed and wardrobe units and a family bathroom. The family bathroom is appointed with a three piece suite comprising of panelled bath, pedestal sink and low flush w.c. Outside to the front there is a tarmac driveway providing off road parking with gate leading to the rear of the property. To the rear there is a patio area, the remainder of the garden is laid to lawn, with a garden shed and fence boundaries.

Follow this road along which then becomes High Street in Newhall, taking a left turn into Robinson Road down to the island straight on and then take a left turn, the first first right and right again into Ladyfields Way where the property can be found on the right hand side identified by our For Sale sign.
