Situated to the edge of Swadlincote, with easy access to Swadlincote town centre and all of it's amenities as well as Church Gresley and it's shops, pubs and schools, along with the Maurice Lea Memorial park - offering a variety of leisure activities - and nearby National Forest walks.

DESCRIPTION

The bathroom has a modern three-piece white suite, with bath and overhead shower, hand basin and wc. To the first floor is the landing at the top of the stairs which gives you access to the bedroom accommodation. Both bedrooms are double rooms. The bedroom situated at the front has a built in storage cupboard.

OUTSIDE
To the rear of the property is the private rear garden. The neighbouring property's have right of way across the garden and this property has right of way across next door to the shared entry, allowing bins to be taken to the front. The garden has a lawn, patio and decked area, with the benefit of having a brick built out house, used for storage.

From our Swadlicote office, turn left into Civic Way, taking the first exit at the island. Continue up the hill, turning right into West Street, which becomes Alexandra Road. Proceed up the hill, and continue on to Wilmot Road, taking the right hand turning into New Street, where the property is situated on the left hand side, easily identified by our Newton Fallowell For Sale board.
