This property is situated in Church Gresley, it is approximately 1 mile from the town centre. The town centre has a variety of shops and supermarkets, local eateries and now has a local cinema. There is a double glazed window and a double glazed door leading out to the rear and there is a dining area within the kitchen. On the first floor the landing has a double glazed window to the side and through to the family shower room which has a shower cubicle with an electric shower, vanity unit incorporating a wash hand basin and a low flush WC. Bedroom 1 has a double glazed window to the front aspect and wall mounted radiator and there are two further bedrooms. Outside to the front there is a driveway providing off road parking with a pebbled front garden for low maintenance and carport and gated access to the rear. The rear garden is laid to lawn with fence boundaries and a timber garden shed.
