From our Swadlincote office turn left into Civic Way, taking the first exit at the Sainsburys island on to Hearthcote Road. Continue all the way along Hearthcote road, past The Catchems public house to the traffic island at Swadlincote Lane, taking the second exit onto Swadlincote Lane. Follow the road to the next island continuing straight ahead at the next island, then take the next turning off Brunel Way on to Glamorgan Way. Follow road to the junction with Moray Close, where the property can be found immediately on the right hand side, as identified by our Newton Fallowell To Let Board.
