This property is situated on a new build estate in Church Gresley. The area now has a local GP surgery, Sainsburys Local and other small shops. Upon entering this property via a double glazed door, there are stairs off to the first floor and through into the lounge. The cloakroom has a wall mounted wash basin and low flush wc. The kitchen/dining room is comprehensively fitted with a modern range of wall and base units and complementary work surfaces, there is plumbing for a dishwasher and washing machine and space for fridge/freezer. There are double glazed windows and double glazed French doors leading out to the rear patio. On the first floor the landing gives access to the master bedroom having a double glazed window to the rear aspect and has a dressing room with fitted wardrobes, there is also an en-suite shower room which has a mains fed shower, pedestal sink and low flush wc. There are two further bedrooms and a family bathroom. The family bathroom is appointed with a three piece suite comprising panelled bath with shower over, pedestal sink and low flush wc. Outside there is off road parking for numerous vehicles with gated access and a detached garage with up and over door. It occupies a corner plot where there is a side garden, rear garden which is laid to lawn with raised flower beds, patio area and side garden.
