Travelling along the A444 past Toons towards the A42/M42, proceed to the island taking the second exit, following the road to the village of Overseal. Once in the village continue along Burton Road and eventually turning left into Woodville Road, at the junction with the village church. Continue down the road, taking the third turning on the left into Stanleigh Road, where the property can be found on the right hand side, as identified by our Newton Fallowell "To Let" board.
