Your Move are delighted to bring this three bedroom semi detached home for sale situated on Harbin Road in Walton-On-Trent. The property briefly comprises entrance hallway, ground floor bathroom, lounge/dining room and fitted kitchen. To the first floor there are three bedrooms and a separate w.c. This property is situated in Walton-On-Trent.
Walton-On-Trent is approximately seven miles from the Swadlincote Town Centre, it is a semi rural location and has excellent local schools and is the vicinity of John Taylor senior school. Swadlincote provides good local amenities and has a variety of shops, eateries and a local cinema. There are also local bus routes to neighbouring towns.

Upon entering this property there is a double glazed door to the front elevation into the hallway which has laminated wood effect floor and stairs off to the first floor. The ground floor bathroom has a bath with shower over, vanity unit incorporating a wash hand basin and low flush w.c, there are tiled walls. The lunge/dining room has laminated wood effect flooring with a double glazed window to the front aspect and double glazed sliding patio door leading out to the rear. The kitchen has a range of wall and base units with complementary work surfaces, space for a free standing cooker, plumbing for dishwasher, stainless steel sink with draining board with tiled splash backs and laminated wood effect flooring, there is also a double glazed door leading out to the side elevation. There is a walk in storage cupboard which also houses the gas central heating boiler. On the first floor the landing has a double glazed window to the front aspect and loft access. Bedroom one has a double glazed window to the rear, it also has a vanity unit incorporating a wash hand basin. There are two further bedrooms and a separate w.c. Outside there is off road parking for two vehicles, a small garden area with gated access, outbuildings and a rear garden. The rear garden is laid is laid to lawn with fence boundaries.

Upon leaving Civic Way Swadlincote, immediately turn left on to Civic Way/Grove Street. Bear right onto West Street, at roundabout, take 2nd exit on to William Nadin Way. Pass through two roundabouts, remaining on William Nadin Way at roundabout, take 2nd exit on to Cadley Lane the road name changes to Caldwell Road, turn left towards Rosiliston Road, then turn right onto Rosiliston Road. Turn right onto Bells End Road. Turn right onto Harbin Road where the property will be found.
