"Located just off the centre of Wirksworth, this spacious, three bedroom town house is available for rent on a short term basis (minimum six months). The accommodation is arranged over three floors and comprises of; entrance hall, sitting room and dining kitchen. To the first floor there are two bedrooms and a family bathroom. On the top floor there is a master bedroom with ensuite shower room. To the rear there is a small courtyard. Employed Only, Non Smokers, Pets with permission. The property is currently being redecorated and will be available from the 1st November 2015.

Ground Floor Accessed via the hardwood front door which leads directly into the entrance hall having a ceramic tiled floor.. The staircase leads off to the first floor, the door on the right leads into the Sitting Room 15'1 x 10'3 (4.60m x 3.12m) A substantial family room with oak flooring, exposed ceiling timbers, inset spotlights and a large sash window to the front aspect.
