The Kitchen is inclusive of a newly fitted extractor fan over the gas hob and oven, a single fridge with a freezer compartment, dishwasher and a washing machine/dryer with a stainless steel sink looking out of one of the three side aspect windows in the room. The property has a garage, which would comfortably fit two small vehicles, and provides access to cabinets, a work top and also a fridge freezer. The property also has two other allocated parking spaces to the front. The Gardens are tiered, with terraces and a lawned area which contains a small orchard.
