Located within the historic village of Cromford, famed for its connection with the Arkwright dynasty and now part of the Derwent Valley Mills World Heritage Site, the property is within easy reach of local amenities. The delights of the surrounding Derbyshire Dales and Peak District countryside are close to hand with nearby towns of Matlock, Chesterfield and Belper and the cities of Derby and Nottingham being within daily commuting distance.
