Location    The bungalow is situated to the bottom of Westfield Close which is a cul-de-sac off Oliver road, Kirk hallam. This can be reached off the main Ladywood road which has great access to Derby city via the bus route. There is a popular resturant pub in walking distance "The Cat and Fiddle" and countyside and schools are on your door step.

Our view    If your looking for a private modernised bungalow with easy reach to bus route then you have found it ! Having been redecorated throughout, the log burner in the lounge is a particular feature. The bathroom has also been refitted to include a walk in shower. All is leads off an inner hallway giving access to the two double bedrooms which look out onto the private rear garden. Outside there is a tarmac driveway , detached garage and fenced lawned rear garden. The property is sold with no chain.
