"A delightful two bedroom semi detached home in a sought after location with off road parking and garden to rear. The property is well proportioned and includes a lounge and kitchen dining room to the ground floor and two comfortable bedrooms to the first floor served by the family bathroom. The property is warmed via gas central heating and is fully double glazed and makes an excellent property for first time buyers and down sizers alike.
The location is convenient for a number of reasons, the train station is a short walk away, access to the town centre is easy on foot or by car and there are a number of footpaths nearby for exploring the neighbouring countryside.


In a little more detail, the accommodation on offer comprises a porch to the front opening into the lounge with staircase leading to the first floor and feature fireplace with electric fire. The kitchen diner has a range of fitted wall and base units with black worktops over, inset stainless steel sink and drainer and electric oven with gas hob and extractor above. Double glazed windows look out onto the rear rear garden along with the newly replaced Upvc double glazed door.

Chapel en le Frith, known as The Capital of the Peak nestles in an upland valley in the High Peak and is surrounded by dramatic landscape of gritstone ridges and shapely hills. The town takes its name from a small chapel built in 1225 by the keepers of the Royal Forest that is now the Church of St Thomas Becket, where 1,500 Scottish soldiers were imprisoned during the Civil War. The historic town centre also features a traditional marketplace which still has its original renowned stocks which the local cafe takes its name. A common phrase you here many resident say is "We are so lucky to live here" even after living in the town for decades.
