"A spacious semi detached home on a corner plot in need of modernisation. The property benefits both a side and rear conservatory adding to the living space, there is off road parking to both the front and side and a detached garage. The property does need some work but offers the opportunity for the buyers to make use of the space to create their own ideal property. The home is fully double glazed and gas central heated and well proportioned rooms throughout.
Located in a popular and convenient position, the property is only a short walk from the town centre and the many amenities it has to offer as well as being a short walk to the Primary School.

In a little more detail, the accommodation on offer comprises an entrance porch, hallway with staircase leading to the first floor, the lounge has clad walls, fireplace and sliding door into the rear conservatory which has double glazed windows to the side and rear and double glazed door to the side. Chapel en le Frith, known as The Capital of the Peak nestles in an upland valley in the High Peak and is surrounded by dramatic landscape of gritstone ridges and shapely hills. The town takes its name from a small chapel built in 1225 by the keepers of the Royal Forest that is now the Church of St Thomas Becket, where 1,500 Scottish soldiers were imprisoned during the Civil War. The historic town centre also features a traditional marketplace which still has its original renowned stocks which the local cafe takes its name.
