"A well proportioned detached bungalow with gardens to the front and rear in a popular cul de sac location. The bungalow is of a good size and offers two double bedrooms along with spacious lounge and kitchen diner. There is plenty of off road parking on the driveway and a detached garage to the rear. The property is double glazed throughout and gas central heated, is tastefully decorated and has a modern shower room.
Located on St Anns Close, which is a quiet cul de sac, the bungalow remains within easy reach of the town centre and a footpath at the top of the road takes you on to Eccles Road where you can you head up to Eccles Pike and surrounding countryside easily.

In a little more detail, the accommodation on offer comprises a porch opening into the entrance hallway with useful storage cupboard. Chapel en le Frith, known as The Capital of the Peak nestles in an upland valley in the High Peak and is surrounded by dramatic landscape of gritstone ridges and shapely hills. The town takes its name from a small chapel built in 1225 by the keepers of the Royal Forest that is now the Church of St Thomas Becket, where 1,500 Scottish soldiers were imprisoned during the Civil War. The historic town centre also features a traditional marketplace which still has its original renowned stocks which the local cafe takes its name.
