"This well proportioned bungalow sits in a wonderful location close to local amenities and Memorial Park. The property is situated in one of the town s most sought after locations, within a quiet cul de sac and a short walk to the Town Centre and Market Place offering a number of local shops, cafes, restaurants and library. The bungalow offers comfortable living space with a lounge dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms and wet room. There are gardens to the front and rear with the front convenient low maintenance, whilst the rear garden offers ample space to extend the property, subject to relevant consents.

On entering the accommodation, the hallway, with useful storage cupboard leads to the kitchen which offers a range of fitted wall and base units with worktops over, inset stainless steel sink and drainer and space for white goods. The lounge dining room has a double glazed bay window which looks out to the front and a log flame effect electric fire in fireplace. Chapel en le Frith, known as The Capital of the Peak nestles in an upland valley in the High Peak and is surrounded by dramatic landscape of gritstone ridges and shapely hills. The town takes its name from a small chapel built in 1225 by the keepers of the Royal Forest that is now the Church of St Thomas Becket, where 1,500 Scottish soldiers were imprisoned during the Civil War. The historic town centre also features a traditional marketplace which still has its original renowned stocks which the local cafe takes its name.
