"A well proportioned and extended three bedroom semi detached home on a generous corner plot in a convenient location. The property offers great living space with lounge diner spanning the width of the house at over 6 metres in length as well as a kitchen breakfast room and separate morning room. The home is double glazed throughout and warmed by gas central heating and sits on a corner plot with gardens to three sides and an integral garage.
Located in a great position within easy reach of the town centre, close to the train station on the Buxton to Manchester line, the High School, Memorial Park and near to various footpaths to explore the surrounding countryside.

In a little more detail, the accommodation on offer comprises an entrance hall with staircase leading to the first floor, the morning room with access through to the kitchen breakfast room complete with a range of fitted wall and base units with worktops over, inset sink and drainer and integrate oven and hob with extractor hood above. Chapel en le Frith, known as The Capital of the Peak nestles in an upland valley in the High Peak and is surrounded by dramatic landscape of gritstone ridges and shapely hills. The town takes its name from a small chapel built in 1225 by the keepers of the Royal Forest that is now the Church of St Thomas Becket, where 1,500 Scottish soldiers were imprisoned during the Civil War. The historic town centre also features a traditional marketplace which still has its original renowned stocks which the local cafe takes its name.
