What Is Lady Well Views

Lady Well Views is a Close Care retirement development in Belper. The apartments, which were built in 2008, are located above Spencer Grove Care Home and offer residents the ability to live entirely independently whilst having peace of mind that help is at hand 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The development consists of one and two bedroom apartments, some of which benefit from Juliet balconies and stunning panoramic views across the Coppice Brook Valley. All the apartments have electric heating and double glazing and on-site parking is also available. For your safety and security Lady Well Views have teamed up with telecare specialists Tunstall to provide a mobile trigger alarm and pull cords in each room, and unlike other retirement schemes, our support team are based on site therefore should you need some assistance in the middle of the night, you ll speak to someone familiar, not a call centre. For added peace of mind our camera entry system can be linked to your TV, allowing you to see who s at the main entrance before you let them in, and we also have a comprehensive CCTV network around the development. At Lady Well Views you can be as sociable or private as you want. Our growing community has regular coffee afternoons and social events in our beautifully decorated residents lounge. A wide variety of support packages are available for those who require additional assistance. These are tailored to meet the requirements of each individual and include freshly prepared meals delivered to your door, cleaning, laundry and ironing services, and personal care. The key to living at Lady Well Views is that you can do as little or as much as you want, be entirely independent or receive support tailored to meet your needs, and enjoy living in a friendly, warm community.
