The kitchen/dining room is also accessed from the entrance hall and has been fitted with a range of modern wall and base units with contrasting work-surfaces incorporating a one and half bowl sink unit with mixer tap, built in electric hob and an eye-level double oven, plumbing for a washing machine and a gas central heating boiler. From the dining area, double glazed french doors open into the conservatory, which has wood effect flooring and double glazed french doors opening out into the rear garden. To the first floor, there is the family bathroom which has a suite comprising WC, wash hand basin and bath with mixer tap/shower attachment. There are also five bedrooms on this floor, two of which with en-suite shower rooms. Externally, to the rear of the property, there is a lawned garden.
