To the first floor, there are two double bedrooms and the bathroom, which has a suite comprising WC, wash hand basin and bath with shower over, as well as wood effect flooring. From the landing, a staircase gives access to the second floor, where there is a further bedroom with wood effect flooring. Externally, to the rear of the property, there is an enclosed yard.



Directions :-

From Workington town centre, head up the A66 towards Cockermouth and when you get to the Stainburn roundabout, take a left hand turn. Continue through Stainburn, you will then come to the village of Great Clifton. Continue along the Main Road, taking the fourth left and continue down the hill, taking the first left into Carter Garth, where the property can be found on the right hand side.
