"10 Rayrigg House is a detached modern house situated in a quiet cul-de-sac on the edge of the village within close walking distance to all amenities and 5 minutes walk from Lake Windermere.

Due to its design it should be attractive to a variety of tenants since it is very versatile - the main living area, ie. lounge/dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms and bathroom are all on one level and would appeal to applicants requiring a bungalow. The separate annex would be suitable as a visitor annex since it has its own shower room and equally suitable as a granny flat or teenagers flat.

The property has a large through, lounge/dining room which is very light with large french windows through to a balcony with fells views (and lake views in the winter!) The kitchen has ceramic hob, double electric oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher with a small hall to the back door with cloakroom andstorage off.

Off the main entrance hall there is a single bedroom or study. The two main double bedrooms have fitted furniture and are next to the modern family bathroom with shower over bath, Gas CH

There is a private entrance to the separate granny/visitor/teenager flat which has a private shower room and large area which can be used as Bedroom 4 or as a separate flat with lounge and bedroom since it has its own electric heating.

The garage houses laundry appliances. There is parking for 2 cars in the drive and additional parking for 2 cars at the top of the drive.
